Our enhanced online refill system allows you to create a secure account where you can place prescription refill orders. Prescriptions can be delivered to your home or picked up at Trillium Health Pharmacy. If you would like to submit a question to The Pharmacy staff, please go here.
First, we need to get you to where your prescriptions were filled with us, as we now have multiple sites to better serve you. The first digit of your prescription number corresponds to one of our three pharmacies. Each pharmacy has it’s own order refill page where you’ll login to request a refill.
If you need to refill multiple prescriptions and they begin with different numbers, you’ll need to log in to each pharmacy individually. This helps us ensure your information is secure.

You can now refill your prescriptions from your smart phone or mobile device with a new app called RefillPro. It’s available to download for free from the App Store or Google Play. You will have options to order refills, call us, get directions, or check store hours – all from your mobile device. Refills will require your Rx number, or you can even scan the pill bottle’s barcode. It’s that easy!
